Broken Arm...

She got 'er done!! Her first broken arm!!! She was a playing at a park in fishers and fell 3 ft off a bouncy bridge on her elbow. We went to the ER to find out she has a fracture in her elbow. We've been to the Er 5 times in her 3 year life. Two of those times she's been hospitalized. Out of those 5 times the docs have said..."We only see 2 of these a year." And her broken arm was one of those. On the positive note, this was a good thing! The Ortho Doc said she'll be recovered in 3 weeks!! This by far is much easier than her asthma/pneumonia scares!!

P.S. She chose blue!!! And she's excited about people signing her cast. It's not slowing this girl down one bit, which was one of my initial fears. But the doc said she'll play as hard as her pain allows. Whew!! She has some high pain tolerance.

She's singing a little diddy for ya above and below, she is standing in front of a sweet sweet sign our neighbors and friends Caleb and Abby made!!! It made her day!!

As you can see, there is no slowing down to be allowed!!

Tennis anyone? Even with her left arm, she's pretty good!!

We were also worried about our little "picker" peeling her cast off at night, (remember like she used to do her diapers). We would find her diaper off in the morning and her bed and jammies wet. We'll keep you posted on that outcome!! Happy 4th of July Everyone from our little firecracker to yours!!

Mrs. Blonde told me about it and I grimaced in pain for the wee one. LA has been praying for it to get better every night. Love the wellness banner your neighbors did. Very cool. -Mr. Blonde

I don't know why but casts are terribly cute on toddlers. She is no exception!

Hi! I saw you at church over the weekend and you look wonderful! Your bump is so cute! I also saw the little Princess in crafts tonight at AW. She looks so cute with that cast! It certainly didn't slow her down!
