Started out Hillfest '08 at our church with a little 5K run with my neighbor. We did really good considering we have not trained together besides this past week. And it was a lot of fun to do it with someone!
Then our two sets of neighbors who both have 1 boy within 6 months of the P went with us to the Hillfest Festivities in the afternoon. We ate some popcorn...
Checked out the new children's ambulance which come to find out cost $300,000 and has not yet been used.
Rode the ponies...
stood in line...
Jumped on the bouncy things...and even got to take a turn with her cousin Tyler in this picture!
Grammy and Papa stopped to take a peek too...

I missed seeing all my friends this year - guess when you're on your own chasing 4 boys around, you don't get the chance to "see" everyone - after 3 hours I was pulling my hair out and ready to go - so you won't be seeing a Hillfest post on my blog - I never even got the camera out of the car!!! HA HA! Glad you had fun, we have to get together soon, k?

Oh yep, we finished about a 10:53 minute mile!! It was tough though. My neighbor and I just ran once together and I've just ran a couple times in August. It was a great push!!!! ;) Thanks for thinking of me! Wish I could have been in ND for mexican food though!!
